General Terms and Conditions

1. General Information

  • 1.1. General information about the provider - business name: Lucia Hozzová, registered office: Višňové 85, 013 23 Višňové, IČO: 56293950, company registered in the Trade Register of the District Office Žilina, register no.: 580-80549 (hereinafter also referred to as the "provider").
  • 1.2. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") are valid for both natural and legal persons who are participants in the course.

2. Purchase of Course

  • 2.1. The purchase of the course is possible by card payment or via bank transfer. By purchasing the course, the customer declares that they have read these GTC and expresses their consent to these GTC. Online payments are made through the Comgate payment gateway. The provider of the service, Comgate a.s. is a licensed payment institution under the supervision of the Czech National Bank. Payments processed through the payment gateway are fully secured and all information is encrypted. More information and contacts are available at www.comgate.cz/en
  • 2.2. By purchasing the course, the customer further confirms that they are sufficiently aware of their health condition, and by giving consent to these GTC, they confirm that at the time of giving consent their health condition does not prevent them from using the provider's services.

3. General Rules

  • 3.1. The scope and nature of individual events, including their prices, are determined by the provider's current offer and price list valid at the time of purchasing the course. The dates and times of the courses are governed by the schedule on the website as well as information on the provider's social networks. The customer is obliged to monitor this information continuously and to become acquainted with any changes in time.
  • 3.2. Upon arrival at the course, each customer is required to present confirmed registration in the email.
  • 3.3. Registration is non-transferable and can only be used by the person whose name and data the registration was issued to.
  • 3.4. If the customer does not present confirmed registration, the provider is not obliged to grant them the requested service, as it is the responsibility of each customer to present registration at each visit to the course.

4. Courses

  • 4.1. The condition for participation in courses is the purchase of the entire course. By purchasing such a course, the customer is entitled to attend all lessons of the given course. Purchased courses are non-transferable and have a specified validity. Courses may be divided into levels of difficulty – for beginners (BEG), intermediate (INT), advanced (ADV), or elite (ELT).
  • 4.2. Enrollment in the course is binding.
  • 4.3. Current course prices are published on the website.
  • 4.4. Course payment: the course can be paid online. The customer is obliged to pay the full amount of the course before its start by the predetermined date. The day of payment is understood as the day the financial amount is credited to the provider's account.
  • 4.5. Unused hours in the course cannot be transferred to a continuing course, nor transfered to other person. In case of the customer's absence from a lesson/lessons of the course, the provider does not provide any financial compensation. The customer can make up for the missed hour in another course, within the duration of the purchased course. The customer must notify the provider of the replacement hour in advance, and the replacement must be approved (for example, in case of full capacity of the hall).
  • 4.6. If the customer decides not to attend the course before it starts, the provider is not obliged to refund the paid amount. The course can be transfered to another person, who will attend the course instead of the original customer. The provider must be informed about the change.
  • 4.7. Holidays and public holidays: In the case of holidays and public holidays, courses proceed according to the current schedule. Exceptions will be communicated in advance through the communication channel.
  • 4.8. In case of unforeseen circumstances, the provider reserves the right to the following changes in the courses: – change of dance hall – replacement of the instructor in justified cases, or change of instructor – cancellation of the lesson in unexpected situations, – temporary suspension of the course in unexpected situations – change of course date. Participants of the course will be informed about changes in writing or by phone, and in the case of cancellation of the lesson or temporary suspension of the course, an alternative date will be provided to the customers. The alternative date will be agreed upon after communication with the provider and customers will be informed in advance about the alternative date by email, via social networks, or by phone. In these cases, the customer is not entitled to financial compensation.

5. Feedback and Complaints

  • 5.1. The customer can send any ideas and suggestions for improvement electronically to the email address:
  • 5.2. The customer can report any complaints to the provider in person or by email. After reviewing the complaint, the provider will inform the customer of the possible solution to the problem or the result of the investigation of the submitted complaint.

6. Data protection and cookies

  • 6.1. The Provider processes customers' personal data to the extent and in the manner set out in the Privacy Policy available on the website.
  • 6.2. The website uses cookies. Essential cookies are required for it to work. Third-party content and traffic measurement through Google Analytics are loaded only after the customer has given consent.
  • 6.3. Consent is voluntary, is given separately for each category, and the customer may change or withdraw it at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer.
  • 6.4. If the Provider materially changes the scope of processing, it will ask the customer for fresh consent; until it is given, the affected processing is not carried out.

7. Final Provisions

  • 7.1. The provider reserves the right to change and/or update these GTC at any time.
  • 7.2. Information on the processing of customers' personal data forms separate documents available on the website.
  • 7.3. In case any provision of these GTC becomes invalid or ineffective, the validity of the other provisions remains unaffected, and the validity and effectiveness of the GTC as a whole continue, except for the invalid articles. The provider will replace the invalid or ineffective provisions of these GTC with valid or effective provisions that most closely match the meaning and purpose of the invalid or ineffective provisions.
